Phase I -
Idea Iteration Extensive discussions and constant feedback from the client, forms the basis of the nature and scope of the challenge. Upon identification of the challenge and solution with desired output is planned
 
Phase II -

Technology Blueprint in consultation with the client the technology platform is chosen and a Road Map for the Product Life Cycle is reached. Areas of individual and joint responsibilities are laid and milestones are defined.

 
Phase III -

Prototype Shaping Technologies are then leveraged. Prototype architecture is laid out and specifications are defined.

 
Phase IV -

Development and Testing process starts. Unit and System Testing, Code Inspection and Quality Reviews are an important part of the methodology.

 
Phase V -

Final Product is delivered after rigorous Integration testing.

 
DELIVERT MODEL

BayaTree has 2 delivery models, Off-shore Services and Dedicated Off-shore Engineering Competency Center. BayaTree will recommend the appropriate business model based on project definition, client requirements and cost of total ownership of the project.

 

Off-shore Services

Offshore projects can be executed under a Time & Materials (T&M) or Fixed Price contract. At BayaTree, we believe in providing flexibility to our customers. Both, T&M and Fixed Price contracts can be customized and tailored to our clients' requirements.

 

Dedicated Off-shore Engineering Competency Center

The costs of development are very high for companies with operations in countries like USA & Europe, due to the high cost of engineering manpower, office space and other related infrastructure. The situation is exacerbated by the difficulties in recruiting and retaining sufficient numbers of skilled engineering professionals. By virtue of our location and expertise in the field, we are able to offer a dedicated part of our organizational work area and operations to our customers.
